I met with Pat today to conduct her employee performance <br /> evaluation. I found Pat's performance to be highly satisfactory <br /> and recommend that Pat be given permanent status employment, <br /> along with a salary increase to $7.94 per hour, which is 85% of <br /> the 1990 salary 5-step plan, (see attached) retroactive to May <br /> 1. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with my recommendation, they should pass a <br /> . motion approving the permanent employment status of Pat Yezek, <br /> increasing her salary to 85% of the wage rate, which is $7.94 <br /> per hour, retroactive to May 1, 1990. <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> attachment <br /> . <br /> -- <br />
