If the Council agrees to proceed, monies <br /> to finance this unbudgeted project will need to be <br /> reallocated or appropriated from surplus funds. I support <br /> this activity and believe that it would be a prudent <br /> expenditure of city resources. <br /> Requested Action <br /> Determine Council support for conducting a comprehensive <br /> cOl1U11unity survey.
