Opus has proposed a park dedication fee of <br /> $20,000 (see attachment). I feel that this fee is quite <br /> inadequate. <br /> I have prepared a counter proposal for this property at a fee of <br /> $86,300 (see attached) . This dedication fee would be equal to <br /> . 10% of the market value of the property. I suspect that the <br /> final dedication fee will be an amount somewhere between the two <br /> proposals. <br /> REQUESTED ACTION <br /> Unfortunately, I will be out of town on business this Monday, <br /> April 23. I would request Council discussion and concurrence <br /> with my counter proposal as outlined.
