STATE OF MINNESOI'A <br /> OOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILIB <br /> Resolution No. 90-24 <br /> RESOllII'ION RElATING ID AProRI'IONMENT <br /> OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING ID o::MBrnID <br /> IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement W-77-5 and <br /> W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified to the <br /> county Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of <br /> including insta1l1nents thereof to be collected along with real estate <br /> taxes =unencing in 1980; and <br /> WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a mrrnber of parcels of property <br /> contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by a <br /> previous property owner; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> apportiomnent of the original assessment against each original tract where <br /> it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council <br />. of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be <br /> extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Arden Hills does <br /> hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br /> contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979, against the <br /> following described properties: <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILIB DIVISION NO.: 62643 <br /> RESOllII'ION NO. 90-24 DIP NO: 1943 <br /> NAME OF ASSESSMENT: W77-5 & W78-2 AUDIIDR'S NO: 1943 <br /> ORIGINAL 'roI'AL ASSESSMENT <br /> A. 22-30-23-44-0002-0 $ 17,099.03 <br />. <br />
