CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
MEMORANDUM
. -----------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
DATE: June 21, 1990
TO: Mayor and city council
FROM: Dan Winkel, Public Works supervisor
SUBJECT: One Year Performance Evaluation for P.W. Eniployee,
Jim Perron
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Jim Perron has completed his first year with the City of Arden
Hills, effective June 12, 1990. I have conducted his one~year
employee performance evaluation and have found Jim's performance
to be highly satisfactory and recommend that he go to the next
pay level. Jim is currently at the 95% level and should now go
to 100% or full wages of $13.18 per hour. Also included should
be any raises and/or benefits that happen because of
negotiations currently under way.
ACTION REQUIRED:
. If Council concurs with my recommendation, they should pass a
motion approving the increase of wages for Jim Perron up to
$13.18 per hour, retroactive to June 12, 1990.
DW:madlr
.
