Wages for 1990 and 1991: <br /> <br />a.) 1 1/2% on the 1989 base to a new base of $13.38 per <br />hour for 1990. <br /> <br />b.) Lump sum payment of 2 1/2% on the 1989 annual base <br />of 2,080 hours: <br /> <br />. $13.18/hr. x 2,080 hrs. = $27,414.40 annual base <br />$27,414.40 x .025 = $685.36 <br /> <br />2. Maximum dollar monthly insurance contribution paid by the <br />Employer for 1990 and 1991: <br /> <br />1/1/90 Increase the monthly maximum dollar Employer <br />contribution from $205.00 per month to $215.00 per month. <br /> <br />8/1/90 Increase the monthly maximum dollar Employer <br />contribution from $215.00 per month to $230.00 per month. <br /> <br />3. The following language proposed by the City was <br />subsequently accepted by the Union: <br /> <br />"ARTICLE VI - DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />SECTION 6.6 SENIORITY: Length of continuous service in any of <br />the job classifications covered by Article II Recognition. <br />Employees who are promoted from a job classification covered <br />by this Agreement and return to a job classification covered <br />by this Agreement shall have their seniority calculated on <br />their length of service under this Agreement for purposes of <br />promotion, transfer, and layoff and total length of service <br />. with the Employer for other benefits under this Agreement". <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />-,-,--- <br />
