Berger, city Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: North Suburban Cable commission Resolution and <br /> Amended Joint and cooperative Agreement <br /> (Resolutions No. 90-26 and 90-27) <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> Council has previously reviewed the correspondence from Tom <br /> creighton relative to a proposed resolution transferring <br /> community television programming responsibilities from Group W <br /> Cable_of th~North Suburbs, Inc., and another resolution amending <br /> by f€Ub~tjt\ltinn-_North Suburban Cable Commission Joint and <br /> Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable <br /> Communication System. <br /> Mr. Creighton and Bill Bauer will both be present to explain the <br /> proposals and answer any questions Council may have. <br /> . RECOMMENDkI'ION: <br /> Staff recommends adoption of the two resolutions as proposed. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with the staff recommendation (after hearing <br /> the presentation), they should pass a motion adopting Resolution <br /> No. 90-26, "A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING COMMUNITY TELEVISION <br /> PROGRAMMING RESPONSIBILITIES FROM GROUP W CABLE OF THE NORTH <br /> SUBURBS, INC., d/b/a CABLE TV NORTH CENTRAL", and Resolution No. <br /> 90-27, "RESOLUTION AMENDING BY SUBSTITUTION THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br /> CABLE COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM". <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> . <br /> . .- <br />
