Berger, city Administrator SUBJECT: Appointment to Work with Decision Resources on citizen Survey ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- In order to provide the City Council with current information for decision-making, the Council decided to conduct a citizen survey. Decision Resources, Inc., has been appointed by the City Council to conduct the survey. The Council also felt very strongly that citizen input would be important regarding the content of the survey. You have been appointed to participate on the citizen survey committee. The first meeting of this group will be on Tuesday, July 17, at . 6:00 P.M. at city Hall. Mr. pill Morris and/or Ms. Diane Traxler, from Decision Resources, will be present at this time. The purpose of the meeting will be to "brainstorm" topics and issues of concerns to the residents. The meeting is scheduled for 1 1/2 hours and the agenda is printed below. AGENDA 1. Introduction - 5 minutes. 2. Methodology - 5 minutes. 3. Process of constructing questionnaire for policy planners - 10 minutes. 4. Brainstorming - 65 minutes. 5. Summary and wrap-up - 5 minutes. Enclosed please find a sample survey Decision Resources prepared for the City of New Brighton. Please review this sample and use it to suggest possible topics and issues for Arden Hills' survey.
