Berger, city Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Partial Payment, HRS Construction - Kem Milling <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Attached please find a letter dated July 26, from Engineer Tom <br /> Madigan relative to a request for partial payment from HRS <br /> Construction for the Kem Milling demolition project. <br /> Please note that MSA is recommending payment of 95% at this time, <br /> or $3,440. Council should also note the lien waiver from <br /> Renollett Trucking. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends payment of $3,440 to HRS Construction company <br /> for work completed to date on the Kem Milling demolition project. <br />.
