Mr. Graham recommends <br /> payment of $46,352.72, with the final pay estimate to be <br /> submitted upon completion of the seal coating work. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends approval of this partial payment request as <br /> recommended by Mark Graham. <br /> .
