The Conference will be Oct. 12 <br /> - 15 at the civic Center in Phoenix, Arizona. (See attached <br /> schedule of events) . <br /> Conference cost will be as follows: <br /> Conference Registration $285.00 <br /> Air Fare 277.40 <br /> Car Rental 145.00 <br />. Meals & Miscellaneous 205.00 <br /> No hotel cost (will be staying with <br /> daughter) <br /> $912.40 <br /> Money has been budgeted for attending this National Conference. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council is amenable to my attendance at this Conference, they <br /> should pass a motion, under Consent, authorizing an expenditure <br /> of up to $912.40 for my attendance at this National Conference as <br /> indicated above. <br /> JTB:madlr <br /> attachment <br />. <br />
