The easement width will be from the Northern line of <br /> the Tract you are purchasing to the curb line on the <br /> Northern side of the current paved roadway. <br />. 2. The easement will be permanent for that portion of <br /> the current roadway which is on Control Data owned <br /> land - from Lexington Avenue westerly for <br /> approximately 260 feet. <br /> 3. The remaining portion of the easement will be for a <br /> time so long as Control Data is Lessee of the <br /> property on Which the roadway is located and will <br /> become permanent if Control Data obtains fee - <br /> ownership to that land. <br /> 4. You will be entitled to make a curb cut in the <br /> Southern curb of the roadway at your own cost and <br /> expense. <br /> 5. The roadway easement will be for customer traffic <br /> and will not be used by construction vehicles. <br /> 6. You will be responsible for your share of the <br /> maintenance and repair of the roadway. <br /> 7.
