They are: <br /> A. Letter from Mr. and Mrs. Charles Roach, 1628 Oak Avenue, <br /> objecting to their Oak Avenue assessment. <br /> B. Letter from Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Vierath, 1169 Benton <br /> Way, expressing concern over vehicle parking on Harriet <br /> Avenue, between pine Tree Drive and Lexington Avenue. <br /> Both of these items should be included in tonight's agenda. The <br /> Roach letter should be addressed under Item 6 - HEARING (Oak <br /> Avenue Assessment Hearing), and the Vierath letter should be <br /> noted under Item 5 - Public Comments. Council may wish to direct <br /> . staff to look into this matter and report back at the September <br /> 10 Council meeting, after staff research. <br /> Council should work from the revised agenda, printed on pink <br /> paper for this evening.
