Be it so noted that the street in front of 1574 Oak <br /> Avenue flows down hill to the east and said property No. 27-30-23-33~0026 <br /> slopes to the south and southeast. I have lived here for almost twenty-six <br /> years, and I have yet to see the water flow uphill on Oak Avenue. <br /> .
