Berger, city Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Approval of citizen Survey contract <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> Attached please find an invoice from Decision Resources Ltd. and <br /> a copy of the Agreement whereby Decision Resources will prepare <br /> and conduct a citizen survey per Council direction at the August <br /> 27 city council meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends that the agreement be executed and authorization <br /> given to expend a total of $9,580 for the survey, with 50% of the <br /> total amount due upon execution of the agreement. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br />. If Council concurs with the staff recommendation, they should <br /> pass a motion authorizing payment of $4,790 (50% of the total <br /> amount due) to Decision Resources Ltd. and execution of the <br /> attached agreement. <br /> GRB:madlr <br /> attachments <br />. <br />
