Berger, City Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Approval of final payment of bid amount to Environet, Inc. <br /> ============================================================================== <br /> Attached please find payment approval from Delta Environmental regarding <br /> asbestos removal by Environet, Inc. Please note my letter of May 15th to <br /> Tim Huber of Delta. That letter indicates that City staff requested approv- <br /> al of the bid amount and change orders. Staff did receive approval of the <br /> change order amount to be paid which was $973.00 (see June 7th memo to City <br /> Council) . Staff did not receive approval for the $6,584 bid amount. Delta <br /> Environmental's September 19th letter is now approving final payment of the <br /> total bid amount. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br />. Council authorize payment of $6,584.00. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> If Council concurs with staff, they should pass a motion authorizing payment <br /> to Environet for the total bid amount. <br /> GRB/pay <br /> attachments <br />. <br />
