This third pay estimate is for $3,741.13 and <br />is the retainage release due Bituminous Consulting and Contracting, Inc. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the Certificate of Substantial Completion and <br />Department of Revenue Form IC-134 for Bituminous Consulting and Contracting, <br />Inc., and their subcontractor, Allied Blacktop, Inc. <br />The payment of this final pay estimate will fully complete this project.
