Berger, city Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Parking Restrictions <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Recently I have received complaints regarding both year-round and <br /> winter parking regulations. Mr. Earl Elster, 1125 Benton Way, <br /> Daniel Donohoo, 3175 Hafner court, Shoreview (who will be moving <br /> soon to Arden Hills) and Mr. Kurtis Ault, 1473 Arden Oaks Drive <br /> (see attached letter) may be present to discuss the restrictions <br /> under the Public Comments portion of the agenda. <br /> Please note I have attached surveys of surrounding communities <br /> regarding both regulations. council may want to note that Arden <br /> Hills appears to be more restrictive in its regulations, <br /> particularly, year-round parking. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br />. Staff has no recommendation at this time. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> Council may want to consider changes and direct staff to take any <br /> necessary action prior to the mailing of copies of the parking <br /> restrictions which will be included in the October 19 utility <br /> bill mailings. <br /> GRB:mah <br /> attachments <br />. <br />
