<br /> MINUTES OF THE ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Thursday, November 8, 1990 - 4:30 PM, ci ty Hall <br />. CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br /> Mayor Sather called the meeting to order <br /> at 4:30 PM <br /> ROLL CALL The roll being called, the following <br /> members were present: Mayor Thomas <br /> Sather, Councilmembers Paul Malone and Nancy Hansen. <br /> Councilmember Thomas Mahowald arrived at 4:35 PM. Also <br /> present: Clerk Administrator Gary Berger and Deputy Clerk <br /> Catherine Iago. <br /> CANVASS ELECTION Moved by Malone, seconded by Hansen, <br /> that Council certify canvass of the <br /> November 6, 1990 election, declaring Thomas R. Sather as Mayor <br /> for a four year term, and Nancy Hansen and JoAnn Growe as <br /> Council members for a four year term, and Thomas A. Mahowald as <br /> Councilmember for the two year unexpired term. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (3 -0) . <br /> SCHEDULE MEETING Councilmember Malone moved, seconded <br /> by Hansen, to schedule a meeting to <br /> discuss Keithson Pond on November 19, at 7:00 PM and directed <br /> the Clerk Administrator to notify the affected property owners <br /> of this meeting. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) . <br />. ADJOURN Moved by Malone, seconded by Hansen, <br /> that the meeting be adjourned at 4:45 <br /> PM. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) . <br /> Gary R.
