RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> RELATING TO EDGEWATER IMPROVEMENTS SS-W-P-ST-85-2 <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Edgewater Improvement <br /> SS-W-P-ST-85-2 as adopted on September 28, 1987, was filed and <br /> certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on October 19, 1987, for <br /> the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected <br /> along with real estate taxes commencing in 1988; and <br /> WHEREAS, since September 28, 1987, a number of parcels of <br /> property contained within said assessment roll have been divided <br /> and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor requires that apportionment of the <br /> original assessment against each original tract where it has <br /> later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Arden Hills <br /> ci ty Council, in order that the proper assessment can be extended <br /> by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Arden Hills City Council does hereby make the <br /> following apportionment of original assessments as contained in <br /> said assessment roll of September 28, 1987, against the following <br /> described properties: <br />.
