The <br /> Commissioners awarded him $33,000 of ",hich $25,000 has been paid to <br /> him. He is seeking something in excess of $100,000. This case has <br /> been set for trial on November 19. Due to the fact that we had <br /> previously represented the City of Arden Hills with regard to this <br /> matter, you and I have discussed our continued representation and <br /> I have also discussed this with Jerry Filla. It has been agreed <br /> that we would continue to represent the City through the trial of <br /> the condemnation appeal. We would also need to use the services of <br /> Short-El1iott-Hendrickson and Don Christoffersen of that firm so <br /> that there will be additional expense in that regard and also we <br /> will be using the services of Blake Davis, the appraiser who <br /> rep:cesented the City at ,the Commissioners' hearing.
