Berger, City Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Lexington Avenue Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> Attached is a letter from Steve Keefe, Chairman of the <br /> Metropolitan Council, regarding the Comprehensive P~an Amendment <br /> review for the Lexington Avenue Business Area. <br /> The Planning commission discussed this at their November 7 <br /> meeting and concurred that they could conduct a public hearing on <br /> this matter at their December meeting, unless the Council wishes <br /> to conduct the pub~ic hearing. <br /> Planner Berg~y will be present to discuss this topic with you <br /> Tuesday evening. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br />.
