Berger, <br /> SUBJECT: city Assessment Manual <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> Attached is the assessment manual and letter from city Engineer <br /> Terry Maurer dated November 7. Council should adopt the <br /> assessment manual and give consideration to initiate a <br /> feasibility study for street improvements on the lowest rated <br /> streets in the City's Pavement Management Program. These are <br /> listed in Terry's letter. <br /> Council may also want to consider directing the city Engineer, <br /> City Administrator and Public Works Superintendent to do the <br /> financial analysis and return with a recommendation and <br /> resolutions to begin the 1991 program. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br />. Council should adopt the assessment manual and direct staff to <br /> prepare the financial analysis and resolutions for future <br /> implementation of the city's 1991 Pavement Management Program. <br /> GRB:mah <br /> attachment <br />. <br />
