She referred to her letter dated November 6,
outlining the top:::>graphy of her property and the problems she encounters trying
to keep her vehicles off the street. Johnson explained that she has always
managed to remove her vehicles from Johanna Boulevard when there is a snowfall.
Council1nernber Malone cormnented that Johnson must have experienced this parking
problem for a long time.
Johnson stated that she was informed the ordinance was not enforced over the past
fifteen years she has been a homeowner in the city and that the ordinance was not
enforced due to the fact it is a County road. She also was informed by residents
that the street was widened to a=mmodate vehicle parking.
Council1nernber Hansen advised that the widening of Johanna Boulevard was done to
provide a bike and walking pathway in that area.
Johnson thanked the Council for their time and requested any suggestions as to a
possible solution to her parking situation will be welcomed.
.
