INVESI'IGATION; Councilroember Malone referred to the complaint from <br /> OPEN BURNING Gerald Laurneyer, 3540 New Brighton Road, relative to <br /> <XMPIAINT the actions of the Ramsey County Sheriffs Deparbnent <br /> in conjunction with an open burning complaint. <br /> Council discusse:i the matter with Fire Chief Winkel and it was noted that a <br /> similar complaint at this residence was received several years ago. <br /> Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to direct the Clerk <br /> Administrator to forward co=espondence to Mr. Laurneyer which states, that upon <br /> completion of Council investigation, it was deter.m:ined the Ramsey County Sheriffs <br /> Deparbnent took appropriate action relative to this incident. Motion =ied <br /> unanimously. (4-0) <br /> AIR QUALITY Mayor Sather reported on the Air Quality Board corrnnents <br /> BOARD REPORI' relative to the draft permit proposed to be issued to <br /> Mengelkoch Company, as per the letter from Attomey <br /> David Roland dated 11-13-90. <br /> Council requested staff forward copies of the document to all Councilmembers for <br /> further review. <br /> ADJOURN Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 8:35 p.m. Motion =ied unanimously.
