Maurer stated the easement will be ready in a few days. <br /> Council directed staff to attempt to facilitate negotiations between Attorney <br /> Neimeyer, Atton1ey Filla, staff and Mr. Reiling regarding the issues relating to <br /> the Arden view Drive and Keithson Pond matters. , <br /> 1991 IAW Mahowald moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the 1991 <br /> ENFORCEMENT Law Enforcement services Agreement with the RallIsey County <br /> .
