(3-0) <br /> STATUS REPORI'i Council was referred to a memorandum fram the Clerk <br /> REILING IAWSUIT Administratotf"dated 12-4-90 and ==esporrlence from <br /> ARDEN VIEW DRIVE Atton1ey Neimeyer relative to the Reiling lawsuit which <br /> involves Arden View Drive. <br /> " is 1-:::. <br /> Neimeyer reviewed the background ofdtihe =ndernnation of Arden view Drive and. <br /> outlined his strategy for presentation at the trial scheduled Jarmary 10, 1991. <br /> He stated the discussions thus far with Mr. Reiling and his attorney indicate <br /> there is no amenable =.mpromise in this matter. ,He discussed the )XlSsibility of <br /> facilitating negotiations between Attorney Filla, Reiling and his atton1ey and <br /> h:i1nself, regarding this matter and the Keithson Pond issues. <br /> Council questiOned if the t.eJnj;:orary easement for the,iKeithson Pond have been <br /> drafted by the Engineer. Maurer stated the easement will be ready in a few days. <br /> Council directed staff to attempt to facilitate negotiations between Attorney <br /> Neimeyer, Atton1ey Filla, staff and Mr. Reiling regarding the issues relating to <br /> the Arden view Drive and Keithson Pond matters. , <br /> 1991 IAW Mahowald moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the 1991 <br /> ENFORCEMENT Law Enforcement services Agreement with the RallIsey County <br /> .
