Kriesel, Building Official <br /> SUBJECT: Case Update Building Completion (House), Warren G. <br /> Forslund, 3197 Shorewood Drive <br /> ================================================================== <br /> The following actions have been taken to comply with the purposes <br /> and intent of the city of Arden Hills zoning code as described on <br /> page 1782 of the Ordinance. <br /> 05/31/81 - Building permit #2494, issued for home remodeling <br /> at 3197 Shorewood Drive. <br /> 12/26/89 - sixty (60) day notice sent to Mr. Forslund, 3197 <br /> Shorewood Drive, for exterior maintenance of home, <br /> non-completed roof, siding, eaves/soffit open to <br /> animal infestation. Ordinance #213, Sec. VI-F(1). <br /> No response received. <br />. 03/21/90 - citation issued for failure to comply with 60 day <br /> notice. citation was issued 86 days after notice. <br /> 04/17/90 - Mr. Forslund appeared in court and was continued <br /> for court date of 7/12/90. <br /> OS/21/90 - Building permit #4060 issued for corrective work. <br /> 07/12/90 - Mr. Forslund appeared in court again, specified <br /> project would be completed by 10/15/90. <br /> 10/12/90 - I conducted site inspection, found house not in <br /> compliance, notified attorney of facts. <br /> 10/22/90 - Letter received from attorney, court date set for <br /> 10/25/90. <br /> 10/23/90 - Met on site with Mr. Forslund. Told of complexity <br /> of work. <br />. <br />
