The arrangement, <br /> geometry, massing, materials and colors shall be <br /> responsive to the purpose of the R-4 District and the <br /> objective of the Lexington Avenue Business Area Plan <br /> and shall be consistent with the site design component <br /> of the Lexington Avenue Business Area Plan.
