In a report prepared by Short Elliot <br />Hendrickson, Inc. in April. 1978, entitled the North Central Drainage Report. <br />this low area was selected, as a detention basin (A-7a) for the area that <br />encompasses the Keithson Addition. <br />This low area is in an undeveloped area with no information regarding the <br />future development of the property. Therefore, a temporary detention pond <br />could be designated by the City of Arden Hills around basin A-7a and a <br />temporary drainage easement from the Keithson Pond to basin A-7a which would <br />encompass approximately 2.4 acres of land acquisition.
