There was some discussion between the Council and Attorney <br /> Richard ;'feyers and ,n lliam Glennon from NoGuire IS SUDper Club, <br /> Trustee Bjorndah1 moved, seoonded by Trustee Crepeau, that Sub= <br /> division 3, Section 4, be amended to set the maximum license fee <br /> at ~5,5()(1.(1(1 for 4.()on sq, ft. or more; motion carried unanimously. <br /> Trustee Crepeau moved, seconded by Trustee Bjorndahl, that Ordinance <br /> No, 92, an Ordinanoe lioensing and regulating the sale and oonsum~= <br /> tion of intoxioating liquors,. fixing license fees therefor, provid~ <br /> ing penalties for violation, and repealing Ordinances Nos. 32, 6~ <br /> and 75, be -'- e~ 'ts tnird and final reading, authorized the Mayor <br /> and Clerk to sign same and direoted the Clerk to cause its publica= <br /> tion; motion carried unanimously, <br /> PLANNING CON'~ISSION <br /> R. L. Gould Company <br /> trustee Nethercut-read a letter, dated November 15, 1965, from the <br /> Planning Commission which detailed discrepancies in the R. L. Goc,ld <br /> Company site plan. Clerk was requested to vIri te to tte company <br /> and outline discrepancies. <br /> Double Bungalovl <br /> The Planning Commission also reoommended approval of a special,use <br /> permit for the construotion of a double bungalow by Chas, Neitzel <br /> subject to the final plans conforming with the preliminary plans <br /> as submitted and approved by the Commission~ <br /> Deputy Clerk Florence Honan informed the Council 'Ghat Attorney <br /> Courtney had written a letter, dated November 15. 1965. in whioh <br /> he states that he does not believe that the ownership report will <br /> be submitted in time for prooessing for a hearing on November 29 <br /> and assumed the public heRring will be rescheduled for the first <br /> meeting in December. Clerk reouested to so inform Mr. Neitzel, <br /> PlaYRround storm Sewer Contraot <br /> Attorney Courtney'reported in his letter, dated November 15, 1965, <br /> that the storm sewer oontract between the Village ~nd Walter A. <br /> . Hermes dba Rosetown Sanitation Service 1s now in order. Tp~ste~ <br /> Bjorndahl moved, seoonded by Trustee Netherout, that the ~ayor ana <br /> Clerk be authorized to sign said contraot; motion carried. <br /> Administrative Clerk Apoointment <br /> Mayor Kennedy turned the ohairmanship of the meeting to Trustee <br /> Crepeau. <br /> Mayor Kennedy moved, seoo~ded by Trustee Crepeau, that Administrative <br /> Clerk Lorraine Stromquist be re-appointed Administrative Clerk for <br /> the year 1~66, subject to termination by vote of the Co~ncil at a <br /> salary of w550.0n per month; motion car:'ied. <br /> Aqournment <br /> ~eetin adjourned at 9:15 P.M. <br /> ~~~~ <br /> ~.
