Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West <br />. Bighway 96, St. Paul, Ninnesota, on Monday, the..l.L- day of <br /> OCtober, 1965, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following "'eU'N>rs were present:Kennedy, Nethercut, Crepeau and <br /> Dlmen <br /> and the following were absent: Bjorndah I <br /> Trustee Nethercut introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION RELATL.~G TO APPORTIONl'OllIl'l <br /> OF ASSESSNEN'l'S RELATING TO SANITARY <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Villaqe Council of the V1l1age of <br /> Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> WBERBAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed and <br /> certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey County on DeC'em.....r 3, <br /> 1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> collected along with real estate taxes t''''lPfI4''ncing in 1964; and <br /> WHEREAS, since that date a J)'vn'h/ar of parcels of property <br /> contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br />. conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> WBERBAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br /> by the Village Councll of the Village of Arden Bills in order <br /> that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br /> aqainst each parcel of property thereafter, cntmllAl'\c1ng with an <br /> assessment to be collected in the year 1964 and thereafter. <br />
