WHEREAS, since that date a D'''''........ of parcels of property contained within liaid assessment roll as amended, have been tivided and conveyed by previous property owners1 and WHEREAS, the county Auditor of aamsey county requires that apportionment of the original assessment aqainst each oriqina1 I tract where it has later been divided, sold 01' conveyed, be made by the Villaqe Council of the Villaqe of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter, cnnnnenCinq with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter.
