I .. , Form 2.523 (1-65) RESOLUTION At a (regular) of Arden H:l.lls (BPecial) meeting of the ViJ.lage Councilof the Village duly held on the day of , 19~, the following Resolution was offered by , seconded by ; to-wit: , WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highl'lays has prepared plans, BPecial provisions and s:e.,ecifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number ji; renumbered as Trunk Highway Number t~ within the corporate lim:i.ts of the Villageof Arden Hilla from the 0.8 Mi. N. or Jet. T.B. 10 & T.B. 8 to So. Corp. Limite and WHEREI\S said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6284-39 (T.B. 3SW=394). S.P. 6285-44 (T.B. 694=393) ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Hif~s' Saint Paul", Minn~~ota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S:~: ~~ f~:H:61~ID ~~: ~ ~ ~~:t~ M~ . which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated Jenuary 1, 1964, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitu~~4 the BPecifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 39':1 renumbered as Trunk Highway , . 3SW Number ' 09}" ; and WHEREAS copies of said plana and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans end special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special. provisions in the foregoing recitals plU.ticularly identi fied and described.
