Attorney <br />Courtney and Engineer Lund. <br />Mayor Kennedy read the Resolution Ordering Public Hearing On <br />Sewer Improvement for Cummings Lane, Being Sewer Improvement No. g <br />and Street Improvement No.7, Approving Plans and Specifications for <br />said Sewer Improvement No. g, and Ordering Advertisement for Bids in <br />Said S@wer Improvement No.8. <br />Trustee Dang moved adoption of shld resolution, as attached, <br />seconded by Trustee Olmen, Motion carried. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CLAY KELLEY <br />Thorn Drive - <br />- Mr. Kalley reported that investigation of a possible side yard <br />violation of the building code could not be resolved since no stakes <br />defining the common property line, could be found, The Council in= <br />formed Mrs, Gerald Danger and Mr, Carl Sample that surveying and <br />staking were the responsibility of the private property ow~ers, <br /> <br />Vesse~ Garage <br />r, A.
