County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Ball at 1450 <br /> <br />West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday. the 14 <br /> <br />day of June, 1965, at 8:00 o'cloCk P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: M4Yor Kennedy, <br />Trustees Nethercut, Crepeau, Olmen and Lang. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Trus tee Crepeau introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMBNTS REIATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />~ the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed <br /> <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 3, <br /> <br />1963 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1964, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment. of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed. be <br /> <br />made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills in <br /> <br />order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County <br />
