Lund informed the <br />Council that this rep,ort would be ready in a few days. Courtney on the procedure mnd to so <br />inform Banister Engineering Co. <br /> <br />REPORT OF TRUSTEE NETHERCUT <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Trustee Nethe~eut read a letter, dated April 9. 1965, from the Planning <br />Commission which inquired whether the Council would like to discuss <br />further with the Commission the proposed ~ ;"~ko;~':~ B~~~.t..(. ..'C' ~ <br /> <br />Mayor ~ewn~y'_~id he felt that the reasons given for the rezoning <br />from ~~ to Residential of the Floral Drive area were not adeq).late <br />Hij stated that he had written to the owner of the property informing <br />him of this possible change. <br /> <br />Mayor Kennedy again mentioned the differenoe of opinion regarding the <br />acquisition of playground areas.
