Corn.. Limit~ 0.3 Mi. N. of Jet. T.I-!. 10 & 8 tc ; and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office cf the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, M:llmescta, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6281+-53 (r.H. 35'd=39lf) ; and WKI!:REA8 said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being ma:'ked, labeled, and identified asS.P. 62811--53 (T.I-I. 35'[=394), l1inn. Proi. I '35~I-'3 (66)116 , which, together with the M:llmesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Const1'l1ction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve- ment of Trunk Highway Number 394 remunbered as Trunk Highway Number 35H I and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special proviaioIIB as so marked, labeled aud identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said .plans .andspeciaLprovi.siolls" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended. to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special proviaioIIB in the f.:>regoing recitals particularly identified and described.
