WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property con- tained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter; NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 9, 1960, and as amended as of August 3, 1961 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: A) SHADY OAKS ADDITION $65.40 SUBJ TO ESMT: THE FOL: EX BEG AT Division 34597 NE COR OF LOT 1: TH SELY ON ELY LINE 203.2 FT: TH WLY ON SLY LINE 50 FT: TH N 110 W MDL 93.7 FT MDL: TH WLY 187.94 FT MO~ TO WLY LINE OF SO LOT 1; TH Nt Y THEREON TO NW COR THEREOF: TH ELY ON NtY LINE TO BEG; 1) SUBJ TO AVE & ESMI'S; PART, OF 65.40 LOT I, SWLY OF FOL LINE; BEG ON SLY LINE & 50 FT FROM SE COR OF LOT I; TH N 110 W MDL 93.7 FT MDL; TH WLY 187.94 FT MOL TO WLY LINE OF SO LOT I, BLOCK 4 2) ESMI' FOR AVE OVER (A) 0.00 The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authori~ed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secomded by ~rustee Netherout , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Al1 and the following voted against the same: NOQe whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
