Keotled,-, <br />T2.'ustees Nethe2.'out. crepeau, 01men and LeAS <br /> <br />and the following were absent I <br /> <br />T1'Wltee C%'epeaU <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING '1'0 APPORl'IONMEN'l' <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING '1'0 SANI'l'ARY <br />SE.WER IMPROVEll'lENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE I'l' RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Bills, J.lIJinDesota, as follows I <br /> <br />WHEREAS,. the assessment xoll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> <br />on November 8. 1961, for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1962, and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a hearing on supplsmental assessments, reassess- <br /> <br />ments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on July 16, 1962, at <br /> <br />which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 were <br /> <br />amended as provided..-by.said-'resolution of said date and certified <br /> <br />and fiLed in the office of the County.
