COURTNEY <br /> <br />Personnel Ordinance <br />Trustee Crepeaumo ed that Ordinance No. 83, an ordinance establishing <br />a 'S;{B-tem .of personnel administra'tlkon for Village employees, be giV611 <br />its third and final reading, and authorized the Clerk to cause its <br />publication; seconded by Trustee Nethercut; motion carried. <br /> <br />Election Date Ordinance <br />Trustee Crepeau moved that the rules be waived and Ordinance No. 84, <br />an ordinance fixing the time for holding Village election. be given <br />the second and final reading, and authorized the Clerk to cause its <br />pUblication; seoonded by Trustee Lang; motion carried. <br /> <br />Building Code Amendment <br />Atty. Courtney submitted a second rough draft of an ordinance which <br />would amend the Building Code to set specifications and fees for the <br />installation of air conditioning and refrigeration; draft referred to <br />Heating Inspector Virgil Keller for study and recommendations. <br /> <br />Mounds View Athletic Asa'n. <br />Atty. Courtney informed the Council that he had attended the meeting <br />of the M.V.A.A. and had talked with Wm. Hite. Village insurance agent, <br />concerning the Villege carrying Workmen's Compensation for the employees <br />of the Ass'n., and stated that the cost would be based on the contract <br />price.
