Gentlemen: <br /> This is to notify you that Control Data Corporation has exercised its option to <br /> purchase a tract of land located near the intersection of County Road "F" and <br /> Lexington Avenue snd described as follows: <br /> "The East one-half (E ~) of the Southeast quarter (SE \) of <br /> Section Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty (30), Range Twenty- <br /> three (23), except thst part thereof heretofore conveyed to <br /> St, Croix Falls Minnesota Improvement Company, and except or <br /> subject to roads and right of ways designated as County Road F, <br /> Lexington Avenue, and Highway 51, and except a square ten <br /> acre tract in the Southeast (SE) corner thereof being six <br /> hundred sixty (660) feet by six hundred sixty (660) feet, <br /> having equal frontage on County Road F snd Lexington Avenue." <br /> Said notice of intent to purchase was delivered to the owners of record on <br /> October 19, 1962. Final papers are now in preparation and it is estimsted that <br /> the purchase will be consUlIIIll8ted within two weeks. <br /> It is requested that the Arden Hills Village Council take the necessary action <br /> to rezone subject property in accordance with Control Data's planned usage.
