The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby ordain <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 1. Ordinance number 18, known as the Zoning Ordinance, is <br /> ,J-.:;:: <br /> ;.! <br /> . hereby amended to zone the following described property from Rl to light <br /> industrial. The entire area so rezoned is described as follows, to-wit: <br /> The East one-half (E~) of the Southeast Quarter (SEt~ Section <br /> Twenty rwo (22), Township Thirty (30), Range Twenty (Zj), <br /> except that partheretofore conveyed to the St. Croix Falls Minne- <br /> sota Improvement Company and except or subject to roads and <br /> right of ways designated as County Road F, Lexington Avenue and <br /> Highway 51, and except a square ten (10) acre tract in the <br /> Southeast corner thereof being Six Rundred Sixty (660) feet by <br /> Six Hundred Sixty (660) feet having equal frontage on County Road <br /> F and Lexington Avenue. <br /> Section 2. The Zoning Map of the Village of Arden Hills referred to <br /> in the aforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shall not be republished to show the <br /> aforesaid rezoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the Zoning Map on <br /> file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of substantially indicating this <br /> rezoning. <br /> Section 3.
