Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS the assessment roll for Street Improvement No. 2 <br /> (60-2) as last finally amended and adopt~d on October 10, 1960, <br /> was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> on December 12, 1960 for the purpose of including installments <br /> thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> in 1961, and <br /> WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original <br /> . assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed <br /> by property owners, and <br /> WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> apportionment of original assessment against each original tract <br /> where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the <br /> Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the <br /> proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />
