<br />., <br /> <br />E;:'::Xact of ~",nut~,1S {,f the Meeting <br />of the 'Village CO:.Wlcil of the <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills~ Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Ball in said Village <br /> <br />on the 24th day of September, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Kennedy, '='tromquist" <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Ashbach, OImen. <br /> <br />The Clerk presented the proposed assessment rolls for <br /> <br />street Improvements numbered 3, 4 and 5, as prepared by her with <br /> <br />the assistance of the village engineers in connection with said <br /> <br />improvements, and in accordance with the instructions of this <br /> <br />COuncil. The assessment rolls were examined and considered and <br /> <br />directed to be p1 R"ed on file and ODen tn public ilUlpoction in t:bel <br /> <br />office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />Kennedy <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS ON <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />NUMBERED 3, 4 AND 5. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Bills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. 'I'he assessment rolls heretofore prepared by the Clerk and <br /> <br />. engineers for Street Improvements numbered 3, '4 and 5, which are <br /> <br />now on file in the office of the Village Clerk, are hereby <br />
