Highway ~6 in said village on Tuesday , Ootobel' 23 <br />1962 at aaOO o'clock P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any <br />and all written or oral objections which may be offered with <br />respect to the proposed special assessments for street Improve- <br />ment No.3. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open <br />to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of <br />the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against esch parcel <br />of land will be payable, unless prepaid, in ten (10) equal con- <br />. secutive annual installments, the first of such installments to <br />be payable with general taxes for the year 1962, collectible with <br />such taxes during the year 1963. The first installment will be <br />payable with interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum <br />on the entire assessment from the date of the resolution levying <br />the same to December 31, 1963, and each subsequent installment <br />will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all <br />unpaid installments, except that no interest will be charged if <br />the entire assessment as to any parcel is paid at the office of <br />the Treasurer within thirty (30) days from the date of adoption of <br />the assessment roll. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />The general nature of Street Improvement No.3 consists <br />of the grading and surfacing of the village streets described <br />below, including the construction of storm sewers necessary and <br />incidental thereto. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />includes each lot and parcel of land abutting on a street desig- <br />nated below or any portion thereof, or situated within a platted <br />one-half block abutting on such street or portion thereof: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Arden Place from Snelling Avenue to Glenarden Road. <br />Forest Lane from Snelling Avenue to Glenarden Road. <br />Skiles Lane from Snelling Avenue to 200 feet east of <br />Glenarden Road. <br />Glenarden Court from Skiles Lane south to Glenarden Road. <br />Glenarden Road from Arden Place south and then west to <br />Snelling Ave. <br />Cannon Avenue from Service Lane to Dunlap Street. <br />Trunk Highway 51 access road from Tiller Lane to Cannon <br />Avenue. <br />Dunlap Street from Ingerson Road to Cannon Avenue. <br />Tiller Lane from Bamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue. <br />Carlton Drive from Tiller Lane to Marlee Lane. <br />Marlee Lane from Carlton Drive to Tiller Lane <br />Fernwood Avenue from Ingerson Road to Carlton Drive. <br />Fernwood Court from Ingerson Road south to terminus. <br />Ingerson Court from Interson Road south to terminus. <br />Edgewater Road from Lexington Avenue west 1000 feet more or <br />less. <br />Lake Lane from Edgewater Road north 400 feet more or less. <br />Shoreline Lane from Edgewater Road south 200 feet more or less. <br />Lalteview Avenue from Lexington Avenue west 400 feet more <br />or less. <br />Shoreline Lane from Lakeview Avenue north 600 feet more or <br />less. <br />Pascal Avenue from T.B. 10 north 300 feet more or less. <br />Service Drive from Edgewater north 150 feet more or less. <br />Skiles Lane from Snelling west and then north to Arden Place. <br />Arden Place from Snelling west to Siems Court. <br />Ridgewood Road from Arden Place north and west to Co.
