Highway ~6 in said village on Tuesday , Ootobel' 23 1962 at aaOO o'clock P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any and all written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed special assessments for street Improve- ment No.3. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against esch parcel of land will be payable, unless prepaid, in ten (10) equal con- . secutive annual installments, the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes for the year 1962, collectible with such taxes during the year 1963. The first installment will be payable with interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum on the entire assessment from the date of the resolution levying the same to December 31, 1963, and each subsequent installment will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all unpaid installments, except that no interest will be charged if the entire assessment as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within thirty (30) days from the date of adoption of the assessment roll. , The general nature of Street Improvement No.3 consists of the grading and surfacing of the village streets described below, including the construction of storm sewers necessary and incidental thereto. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes each lot and parcel of land abutting on a street desig- nated below or any portion thereof, or situated within a platted one-half block abutting on such street or portion thereof: . Arden Place from Snelling Avenue to Glenarden Road. Forest Lane from Snelling Avenue to Glenarden Road. Skiles Lane from Snelling Avenue to 200 feet east of Glenarden Road. Glenarden Court from Skiles Lane south to Glenarden Road. Glenarden Road from Arden Place south and then west to Snelling Ave. Cannon Avenue from Service Lane to Dunlap Street. Trunk Highway 51 access road from Tiller Lane to Cannon Avenue. Dunlap Street from Ingerson Road to Cannon Avenue. Tiller Lane from Bamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue. Carlton Drive from Tiller Lane to Marlee Lane. Marlee Lane from Carlton Drive to Tiller Lane Fernwood Avenue from Ingerson Road to Carlton Drive. Fernwood Court from Ingerson Road south to terminus. Ingerson Court from Interson Road south to terminus. Edgewater Road from Lexington Avenue west 1000 feet more or less. Lake Lane from Edgewater Road north 400 feet more or less. Shoreline Lane from Edgewater Road south 200 feet more or less. Lalteview Avenue from Lexington Avenue west 400 feet more or less. Shoreline Lane from Lakeview Avenue north 600 feet more or less. Pascal Avenue from T.B. 10 north 300 feet more or less. Service Drive from Edgewater north 150 feet more or less. Skiles Lane from Snelling west and then north to Arden Place. Arden Place from Snelling west to Siems Court. Ridgewood Road from Arden Place north and west to Co. Rd. DE" .
