<br />.-- <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />... t,.. 4' ~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br />.' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Arden Bills <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice ,thereof a special meeting <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Ball in said Village on Monday, the 16th <br /> <br />day of July, 1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Ashbach, stromquist, Crepeau, <br /> <br />olmen and Kennedy <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Mr. Vincent Courtney, village attorney; <br />William Banister, Don Lund, and Archie Cloud ox Banister Engineering CO.I <br />village enginasrs 7 and Peter S . Popovich of Peterson & ,Popo"lli. ch, village <br />bond caBul tants. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an af,fidavitshowing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment and <br /> <br />reapportionment or original assessments for Sanitary SWer <br /> <br />Improvement No. 4 in the New Brighton Bulletin on June 21, 1962, <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted June 11, 1962, which affidavit <br /> <br />was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideza- <br /> <br />tion of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, reassessments <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No.4, said original hearing being held October 12, <br /> <br />. 1961 and said assessment roll as amended being adopted October 12, 1961 <br /> <br />and certified to the County Audi tor on November 17, 1961. All <br /> <br />persons present were then givwn an opportunity to present oral objections, <br /> <br />and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated <br /> <br />as follows: <br />
