, . , Form 2523 (4-62) RESOLUTION At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Council of the V:i.1lue of Arden Hills duly held on the 13 day ofAu9:ust . 19 62 . the follow- ing Resolution was offered by Olmen , Trustee . seconded by CreUSBU _ , Trustee ; to-wit: WHEREAS the Colll!Dissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Nwnber . '39'3 renumbered as TrwIk Highway Number 694 within the corporate limits of the V~e()f Arden Hills from the West corporate ll.mits to the east. corporate ll.mits and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, State Proj. No. 6285-43 (694=393) office of the Department of labeled, and identified as I and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6285-43 (T.H.694=393) Minnesota Project I 694-5 (5)227, which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve- ment of TrwIk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Vi1.lae:e:aerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and spec:!al provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described. .
