<br />" <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />2522 I Rev. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />At a u:e,~,,"''') (special) meeting of the Council <br />--- <br /> <br />of the Vlllage <br /> <br />of Arden Hills <br /> <br />duly b'ld on the 1:'\ day of An gous t . 19S.3.,. the follow- <br /> <br />ing Resolution was offered by nlmAn <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />T'PlH1tae <br /> <br />; <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />r!'PA;PAcn; <br /> <br />TFustee <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~AS the Vlllal!:e of <br /> <br />Arden Hills <br /> <br />has approved <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />the plans and specifications for the improvement of that part of Trunk <br /> <br />Highway Number 393 <br /> <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694 <br /> <br />wi thin <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the Village of Arden Hills from <br />West. coroorate limits to the east corporate limits ; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the construction of <br /> <br />said Trunk Highway Number -12l.renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694 <br /> <br />the Bu.reau of Public Roads requires the assurance that the V:i.ll.aI!:e of <br /> <br />Arden Hills <br /> <br />will not suffer any encroachment of any nature or kind <br /> <br />whatsoever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway Number 393 <br /> <br />renum- <br /> <br />bered as Trunk Highway Number 694 <br /> <br />within the corporate limits of <br /> <br />the said Vn1Alle of Arden Hill's . <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said V""~lle of Arden Hnl s <br />does hereby agree and covenant that it will never permit or suffer, within <br />its corporate limits~ any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including <br />curb gas pumps and gas stations. billboards other structures of any kind <br />whatsoever, upon the right of way of Trunk Highway Number '391 renum- <br />bered as Trunk Highway Number 694 and to the above end said Vlllalre <br />of Arden F!ills hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, <br />permit. or grant or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of <br />whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any encroachment <br />whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or <br />other structures of any kind whatsoever, upon said right of way; and that <br />said Vlllal!:e of Arden Hills will cooperate insofar as possible to <br />eliminate existing encroachments constituting traffic hazards and will <br />further take any necessary action to eliminate any encroachment that may <br />hereafter exist on said trunk highway right of way. <br /> <br />. <br />
