Liebenow~ <br /> <br />Texacos rno. <br />A petition signed by six residents was presented to the Council <br />against Texaco. Inc. located at Cleveland Avenue and County Road Do <br />Said petition sta ted that due to no provisions b~' Texac 0, Inc. for <br />drainaee. the signees were experiencicgseriouB drainage problemso <br />Mr. Howard Vander Wyst. 2020 Glenpaul Avenue and I~s. July.23~ 1962. ooncerning the Houle Plato <br />Trustee Kennedy moved the acceptance of the preliminary plat aub= <br />ject to the recommendations of his oommittee and to the determina= <br />tion of the Village Engineer ooncerning the drainage e T~uBtl'}e <br />OImen seconded the motion ~ motion oa~ried. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sewer Assessment Inquiry <br />Mr. flaro~d ~hrlstensen. 1238 W. Hip,hway 96~ informed ~la Council <br />that he had not been notified of the rS-assessment hearing held <br />July 16. 1962. concerning his property on Hemline Avenus, north <br />of Lake Josephine (Registei'ed land Survey No. 30). The State <br />Highway Dept. has Infol'med hin. not to make plans for this pl~opert:r <br />for a few years due to highway construotiono M~o Christensen <br />asked for an adjustment on the sewer assessment because of this <br />condition. <br /> <br />Trustee DImen moved tllat the matter be ~eferred to Banister Ehgihb <br />eering Co. for ~ecommendation~ seoonded by Trustee Kennedy, motion <br />Carried .. <br /> <br />Garbage & Rubbish Haulers <br />MSsrs. Curtis Fritze. Monroe Kronstijdt and Richard Hoffman, res1= <br />dents of Arden Hills #3. requested the definition of household <br />refuse and answers to questions regarding the disposition of certain <br />rubuish. which. in their opinion. should be hauled by the licens~d <br />collectors. but has been ~efused by them.
