RESOLUTION At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of a~ Itliie, duly held on the -9- day of ~, 19 6~ the follo~l- ing Resolution was offered by lQf2~ , ; seconded by ~~ to-wit: .. WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk High\~ay Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35\'1 within the corporate limits of the Villa.o:e of Arden Hills to 10lb St. N .E. from the Soo Line R.H. CrossiIlJ': ; and WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the . Department of High~lays, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Portion Layout No. 2A. T.R. 35\'1. S.P. 6284-22 and S.P. 6284-23 (T.R. 351110394) ; and WHEREAS copies of said preliminA,.y plans as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the Villsl!;e Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall. be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminAry plans for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 3.511 within tha limits of the Village of Arden Hills be and hereby are approved't subjeot to the stipulat'1on that thell1e be a servioe drive oonstruoted from Thom Drive to New Brighton Road as it ourrently exists, or the extension of 5th St. North in the Village of New Brighton. ..
